  1. Standard Return & Exchange Policy (For Non-Custom Items)
  • Policy: We offer a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange for standard items (e.g., blank apparel or pre-designed items with no customization).
  • Process:
    • You must first submit a return/exchange request through our Contact Us page or by emailing our customer service team.
    • Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, you will receive instructions and the authorized return address.
    • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items. A refund or exchange will be processed only after we receive the returned item.
  1. Warranty for Custom Apparel (e.g., Personalized T-Shirts)
We offer a 30-day warranty on all custom-made products against manufacturing defects. This means if your item has a printing error, fabric flaw, or is not as you ordered, we will make it right.
  • Process for Defective Custom Items:
    • Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to report the issue.
    • Provide Evidence: You will be required to provide clear photos or a short video that clearly shows the defect or the discrepancy from your original order. This helps us identify the problem and improve our quality control.
  • Resolution Options: Once our customer service team verifies the manufacturing defect, we will promptly offer you a choice of:
    • A full refund to your original payment method.
    • Free re-printing and shipping of a new, corrected item.
