Our products are typically made-to-order. Your order will enter the shipping process only after it has been completed. The shipping times provided are estimates only and are calculated from the date your order ships. They do not include weekends or holidays.

During checkout, the system will display more accurate shipping costs and an estimated delivery date based on your specific cart contents and delivery address.

To ensure your order is processed quickly and without errors, please:

  • Ensure the shipping address and billing address are entirely correct.
  • Confirm that your submitted designs do not infringe on any third-party copyrights.
  1. Special Address Shipping Instructions
  • Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI) & Puerto Rico (PR): For orders to such addresses, we may charge an ultra-remote surcharge, subject to the specific details of the actual order.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We cannot offer shipping to these addresses.
  1. International Orders, Customs & Duties
  • Customs & Duties: All international orders shipped outside of [Your Country, e.g., the United States] may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other import fees. These fees are levied by the destination country's government. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. When you pay these fees, you are paying them to your carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx) or customs, not to [feelinker]. Selecting "Gift Wrap" will not prevent these charges.
  • International Shipping Times: International shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance processes can cause significant delays in delivery. Such delays are not included in our estimated shipping times and are entirely beyond our control.
  • Your Responsibility: As the recipient, you are responsible for:
    • Paying all applicable import duties, VAT, and taxes for your order.
    • Ensuring your ordered items comply with your country's import regulations.
    • Providing a valid, reachable local telephone number for the carrier to contact you during customs clearance.
